I had a colloidal cyst removed in 2012. I was fired from the place I was working as a nurse because they wanted me back to work after 4 days. I am unable to remember things, like keeping a checkbook...birthdays...weddings...holidays....you name it!

This is very scary for me. Before I was a nurse I worked at a bank and cant even keep a checkbook?

Has anyone else had this surgery and received disability?
