I certainly realize everyone's issues are the same but different. I ended up with burning spinal stenosis pain after a hip replacement in 2010. Lord know what goes on when we are on those operating tables. And I also ended up with Femoral Nerve Damage on the incision thigh and to this day my thigh is 80% numb but in the last few months got rid of the BURN with Inosine and Sphingolin which were suggested by a naturopath.

On the spinal burn, I know a year's worth of acupuncture by an integrative rheumatologist pretty much got rid of the burn, and specific PT work for spinal stenosis.

Now my issues are different from others, of course, but this is what helped me to get along better now.

There are many links on acupuncture and nerve damage. For me, I'd do about everything before invasive stimulators. Good luck regardless.
