No chance it can cause damage. The issues are just triggers, sounds, visual over-stimulation, fatigue, etc. For some, a long flight ( 8 to 10 hours) in an 8000 foot altitude cabin leaves them fatigued from poor oxygenation of brain cells. But, a 2 hour flight will not be long enough to cause such a problem.
So, protect yourself from any triggers and you will be fine. I doubt you have many if any triggers at this point.
