THANK YOU!!! For your reply, sorry fir my late reply. I honestly am at my wits end with this unrelenting calf spasm/locking. It actually scares me!!! I DO NOT like when I lose the ability to move my foot after the spasm, I don't even like to drive because i am terrified that i will start to feel the 'flutter' and then BAM!!!

I have been taking Vit C & D,Iron, Magnesium & Zinc,for years BEFORE I had this 'setback'.

I just REALLY dont know what to say or do about this. Shoukd i be worried about the fact that i lose control of my foot or is this a 'normal' response to my low back injury? SO SORRY for whining!!!

Hope you are doing ok and will start to feel better soon!!
