Yes, some of what you've written sounds familiar to me as someone who experienced PCS. It is a syndrome though so not everyone has the same list of symptoms. You'll find a lot of people with PCS also have anxiety, so getting the anxiety under control is often a great way of lessening the effects of the PCS.
I'm not sure what's happening to you with the thoughts that are so troubling, like the worry about them being hallucinations. Seeing a specialist who is knowledgeable about PCS is the best start. Not all doctors are knowledgeable. A lot of the members on the TBI PCS forum have been evaluated by NeuroPsychologists at one point.
Check out the info on that forum. You'll know after reading some of the information if it is familiar to your own situation.
