I think the body adjusts to this drug, especially if you are thin and relatively healthy otherwise. I have had to cycle up and down on the drug to obtain consistent - albeit moderate relief. This is without doctor's advice, sometimes you just understand how your body reacts better than the doctors does.
I accomplished taking a days worth but the pill at dinner knocked me out. Does the drowsiness go away after a while with most people? I'm only on 100 mg 3 times a day since I'm just getting started out. I did get some pain relief, which is more than I have had in the four months of just taking tylenol but it's all worn off since it's morning time. I take it the drug has to be in your system for a while to give more pain relief.
