I'm hesitating between tapering towards 5 mg/d with one plex every 2 months or staying at 6 mg/d and trying one plex every 3 months perhaps starting with one plex every 2.5 months...
I'm happy with my neuro who lets me ajust my treatment at my convenience.
She knows me since 2007 and accepts my suggestions.
I have an almost normal life for at least 4 weeks gradually deteriorating until the next plex.
Although plex is not commun for a long term treatment, I found it very effective. Don't hesitate to contemplate that scheme if possible for you.
