If you aren't in high pain or have clots or major swelling, most avg MDs, DC , PTs won't delve deeper to figure it all out.. Makes it harder to get a definite dx.

But not being in high pain or having clots is a good thing of course..
And puts it a bit more on you to be proactive & a researcher of sorts t figure it out for yourself . And to focus on how to repair & heal what ever it is causing the problems..

Part of the researching is finding the best expert PTs or DCs in your area that are multi talented and with multi modality use - and that will be interested to help you fully improve..

How long have you had symptoms?
Any thoughts on what brought them on?
* Posture head forward, shoulders hunched /forward, previous whiplash/accidents, desk work , repetitive job, or sport hits or falls?

Things for expert PT/DC to check- trigger points, muscle spasms , raised top rib/top rib mobilisation, uneven hips, shoulders and eyes/ears for that matter..

Lots of stuff in our sticky threads ...
