Hello and welcome to NeuroTalk. It sounds as though you are having quiet a bit going on.
There are a great number of people here that are willing to help others. I have never seen a more helpful group of people. Even if they are unable to answer you needs, they are there for comfort and have strong shoulders for you to lean on to.
