Default I'd look at magnesium and B vitamins

Welcome to the club of involuntary members If it were me, I'd take a look at supplementing with some high quality magnesium and B vitamins and see what happens. It can't hurt, and it might help. I'm no doctor, though, so you'll want to run this past your medical guy/gal. If you read about B vitamins, you'll see how critical they are. And sleep. Getting enough is critical whether you have PD or adrenal fatigue or something else.

There are lots of tips on which forms of vitamins and minerals to take here on Neurotalk, and for magnesium you don't even have to take a pill-just Epsom salt baths (even just your feet) may be enough. I wouldnt' rush to a PD dx, either. PD has a way of not being ignored, and time will tell. I am one of those who believes ignorance is bliss, at least as long as there is no cure and nothing better than sinemet for symptomatic relief. Keep us posted.
