If dietary approaches are helpful in this way, I'll consider this great news, as it gives many an opportunity to have more of an impact in one's own health.
I've heard the rhetoric for soooo long now, and have not seen anyone show any related proof. In fact, most people I've seen presenting this dietary approach had no idea as to how the body works in this regard... regulating pH.
I know I feel better eating a more alkaline diet; I wasn't convinced eating an alkaline diet was changing my overall pH.
I hope people can have a bigger impact upon health than ever thought, or yet proven, by food choices.
