Do you have a copy of your written MRI report?
I wonder what kind of details /descriptions it has.
Some of your symptoms might be stemming from the spine.

On any medications at all now? for anything?
Any other diagnosis or known health issues?
Any family members with similar symptoms/conditions?

Have you considered any alternative treatment for the symptoms?
Perhaps acupuncture, chiropractic, or even expert PT to do an in-depth physical evaluation/assessment?

Maybe those might be of more help than MDs...
