Question Compounded cream help please

I am going to try to get off Gabapentin. I only take 300mg at night. I thought I would try using a compounded cream during the transition when needed and then as needed afterwards. I have been able to more or less get by with Mortons, Aspercreme, etc WITH the gabapentin.

My main symptoms are burning and mild twitches or sometimes fluttering on my thigh late at night that keeps me up. Occasionally I have stabbing pains. The cream that was suggested to me seems to come up short when I search the ones used by posters on this board.

Ketoprofen 10%, Amtriptyline 2%, Baclofen 2%, Lidocaine 5%.

My questions are:
*Shouldn't it include Gabapentin?
* What about Ketamine? I read this is a controlled substance. Will that make it less likely to be included?
* Do I really need an antiflammatory? (Ketoprofen) I noticied most posters did not have one listed as part of their prescribed creams.
* What about including Clonidine?

I am going to be speaking to the doctor soon and would like to be armed with some information about what I want. I'd really appreciate any ideas you have. Thank you. Pinkynose aka Carol
