Yes, the VEP is limited but it can tell you if you have a processing problem.

Have you tried fLux to see if you can change your screen brightness and color temp ? Some have found benefit from tinted lenses.

Your vision therapy suggest you have but I'll ask anyway.
Have you been assessed by a behavioral optometrist ?

Have you been checked to see if you need a prism correction ?
