medical leave
Hello NT friends,
I've taken medical leave finally like lots of you suggested. Now what to do with this time to make the BEST use of it and commit to healing?
I've seen things like not watching new tv shows and doing nothing stimulating at all to exercising and getting outside daily. So torn, I really want to promote healing. Advice please! I have 7 weeks left.
Meditation? Yoga? Thoughts please? Really don't want to squander this time.
