There is a time to heal, then a time reorganize and learn to coup....
I have been doing yoga and meditation for 7 years...There are different types of yogas and also with meditation.....
Find what resonates with you would be my answer....They cant hurt you.....Could tire you out alot?
I did lots of Hatha yoga and it helped....I do Kundalini now as it really has everything I need to feel better....
No matter what you decide...dont be worried as it takes years of practice to look like the great yogies...I will never get there and most due not...I think the ego stops alot of people from even starting....It did for me....
