Yoga Nidra and Feldenkrais excercises...if you have issues with your eyes, look up Seeing Clearly on YouTube Feldenkrais work..super relaxing great for the Brain. Amazing body mind excercises. Also, Yoga Nidra by Bodhi on YouTube is great. You need to calm down your nervous system. I would highly recommend community Accupuncture if you have access to it. I would recommend everyone on here to try this yoga nidra..it really is powerful stuff.
