I would recommend everyone on here to try this yoga nidra..it really is powerful stuff.
qtipsq... yet another awesome link, thanks so much. the ted talks and youtube videos you shared previously really resonated with me, in fact I find that I think about things Jane McGonigal said pretty often. Seriously, thanks so much.

I've done accupuncture twice, of course being impatient and wanting immediate results... I haven't personally noticed any changes... or maybe I have and don't attribute them to the impact of accupuncture, but perhaps it's worth another shot.

Thanks, SO much. Definitely going to do yoga nidra first thing in the morning. Turns out there are a bunch of centers close by that do yoga nidra. Do you have any other links/resources that you found helpful?
