I don't think the biopsy is 95% accurate if you take into account that the biopsy might not be taken from the site of the damage. I've seen lower accuracies quoted. You can have a patchy distribution of SFN and sometimes neurologist will take 1 or 2 biopsies from your leg or foot only.
