in case of not having many medical tests that prove the disease, there are specifications to see if pain is neuropathy or something else?.
For example.
*The pain comes and goes by seasons,
*The pain improves with a good distraction
*The pain improves after a good sleeping
*The pain is the same after your training.
Those were just few examples. My question is if there are specifications medically recognized.
I already did a lot of MRI, EMG, one QST many blood test but of course i will continue with test the next years and i want to know if somebody have idea of what i asked. Thanks!

There are a few things that are somewhat common with SFN pain - like the pain is typically is worst at night. But none of these "prove" SFN. As you read the boards here, you will find a huge variety of symptoms - literally everyone is different. As far as I know, the only thing that really "proves" SFN is a skin biopsy. (But even then - it has to be taken from the affected area, and prepared/evaluated properly in order to be accurate.)
