That is great about the B12 success you are having.

But I will say, it is not possible to get adequate D3 from food.
(even with the US fortification of orange juice, milk and some cheeses). Only sunlight will be adequate if you discontinue your D3. Make a note to yourself to get tested about 6 mons after stopping your D3 supplement to see how much you have slipped.
