This may support the theory that concussion disturbs the brains blood flow. I think this will be temporary in the case of PCS but linger in the case of stroke.

Symptoms overcome: Nausea, head pressure, debilitating fatigue, jelly legs, raised pulse rate, night sweats, restlessness, depersonalisation, anxiety, neck ache, depression.
Symptoms left: Disturbed sleep, some residual tinnitus.
