Unhappy LITERALLY aching for answers.

Hi, all! I'm 38 years old. I have an 11 and 9 year old and work full time with children. Have had some SI pain on & off for years. Currently, I have hip bursitis, plantar fasciitis, possible tendonitis in both heels, and spasms in my ribs that I assume are chostocondritis. This pain is starting to affect my whole life and my life already revolves around all of the pain. I have a rheumy appt in February which seems like an eternity. How is it possible to have all of theses "itis"es at the same time!? I've also had some hair loss and random fevers that go away on their own. My uncle has AS so I thought it was possible. However, my quick hip x-ray shows no fusion. However, the ortho's hip assessment brought me to complete tears! He said he's happy I'm going to a rheumy because it doesn't seem like a structural problem.

Any ideas!????? Thank you!
