Default Stressful events

Hello everybody,

I am doing okay at the moment. I can work full time and fulfill my obligations to my son and girlfriend. But I still have problems with light headache, concentration difficulties, tensions in head and neck etc. It doesnt take much to strain me.

In two weeks my girlfriend is expected to give birth to our second child. I look forward to that, but I am also a little nervous how my body will handle it. I mean, it is pretty stressful being at the hospital and all that, and also to settle in the new role and get attached to the baby. Dont get me wrong, I really look forward to meeting me second child and be a father to her, but I am just a little extra nervous because of my health and all the stress.

Any experience or good advice?
