My gait is off and I know it is contributing to the pain I have had/have in my knee and hip, but I also have agonizing butt pain. Sitting hurts. I told the PT about it, but she has not addressed it.

I have no idea what to do or how to get a diagnosis. I am living like a Jack in the Box, up and down, also squirming and re-positioning myself constantly. The good news is my hip seems to be improving, along with my knee pain.

Does anyone else experience this?
