nokiafan,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. I don't understand what you mean by cranium injury. Was this a scraping injury where you abraded skin and hair ? There are 7 layers of soft tissue outside the skull. Lots of nerves than get bruised and take months to heal and even then can leave sensitive spots. They can be sensitive to lots of different stimuli. The headphones, especially if the volume is loud, may be vibrating your skull and soft tissue. Vibration can cause tingling with healthy nerves. I can see how bruised nerves could become painful.
I have nerve damage in each hand and can experience tingling then pain from cold, vibration, and other sensations.
I doubt there is anything a doctor can do for you. You can help nerve healing with B-12, B-50 Complex (it has niacin, folic acid and B-6), fish oil, and some other things that my PCS brain forgets. It will still be a slow process.
