Thank you again for your reply. I will be more careful with the oral B6 since two of my magnesium tablets alone have 50mg B6.

Each 3ml ampule contains

B1 – 100mg Thiamine Hydrochloride
B6 – 50mg pyridoxine hydrochloride
B12 – 1mg Cyanocobalamin

Directions for severe cases – 1 ampule should be given daily. For after treatment 2-3 times weekly.
