bodg,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

What is a calcium drop ? Hypocalcemia ? That does not normally cause a sudden fainting. But, hypocalcemia can explain many of your symptoms.

All of your symptoms could be a concussion but they also can be depression and anxiety. Headaches do not have a direct relationship with concussions. Some get them. Some don't. A concussion complicated by hypocalcemia could make all the symptoms worse.

Plenty of people who suffer your symptoms due to concussion or depression/anxiety get over those symptoms. There is no way to compare one person to the next.

I suggest you focus on why you fainted. Do you have a thyroid problem. Maybe low Vitamin D. Other hormones.

There is nothing you can do to change anything if you suffered a concussion. They just take time. But, addressing the other health issues is worthwhile. You could start by reading the Vitamins sticky at the top. If you have a busy schedule, that would suggest your stress levels are high. Good brain nutrition is very important, especially when stress levels are high.

I'd recommend the vitamin regimen, especially, D-3, magnesium citrate, calcium citrate, B-12, B-50 Complex as a minimum.
