Fuzz,

Why worry about something you cannot change. I think the winds added some stress and strain to your existing nausea to make your symptoms worse. I don't think the physical forces of the wind against you head had anything to do with your symptoms. Tensing up your body muscles can result in anxiety, sort of a fight or flight reaction.
