I just talked to stephanie and we are going to go kayaking at lake martin. She has 2 kayaks to use so we won't have to rent them.
She is at a doctors appointment with her husband who has had abdominal pains but is some better....at the er last week they thought it was acute pancreatitis but did not admit him...now his regular nurse practitioner thinks it is something else.
He is taking protonics which I don't know what that is, will google it.
I just ate left over shrimp that I made last week.
