I go to the gym twice a week and hit the cross-trainer and log 3 1/2 -4 miles and then hit the weights for a bit. I am trying b12 shots plus b12 pills because my levels are low.
As far as any side effects, I have never been bothered by any. I don't recall having any problems when I first started this med. Wishing you the best!

I have the same problem with my toes. They are very stiff, and they hurt when I try to point them towards my head, or try to close my feet into a "fist". I found that good shoes with arch support help, and also using an over the counter arch support in other shoes. As I said, it helps considerably, but by no means, take it away. I take 60 mg of Nortriptyline in a split dose, daily, as well as 50 mg (occasionaly 100mg) of Tramadol in the AM.
