Diet + journal is a great idea. The stuffing on Thanksgiving was a nice treat, but that plus the freezing temps now has me extra off kilter. Fun.
I like the nortryiptiline idea if ami doesn't work out, unless an issue with one means an issue with the other. Gabapentin was insufferable for me, the brain fog. Lyrica, less so for a long time.
