Default Tooth extraction with nitrous?

I have to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and since I have bad reactions to most meds, the oral surgeon is suggesting novocaine and nitrous oxide, as I also have ptsd from a massive car accident, and laying in a dentist's chair with people working over me causes flashbacks to EMTs and ambulance and emergency room and hospital.

I am not yet diagnosed with MG as doctors in my area are, I shall nicely say less than adequate for such a problem. First blood test is negative, and they won't run MUSK without a positive on the first test, first. Nor will they risk any kind of diagnosis without a lab paper proving it first.

I have eye issues (ophthalmologist is certain it's MG), arm weakness, and get short of breath over nothing at all. Also have to work hard at breathing when laying flat, so I sleep in a recliner.

The breathing part is what concerns me, does nitrous oxide play into that at all?
