There is no educating them. They know what they know and have no interest in knowing anything further. They get timed on their patient throughput, take to long, get in trouble. Damned corporation owns local hospital and one on either side of it in nearby towns, and almost all doctors and practices in the area as well now.
When I end up being taken by ambulance to ER because I'm not breathing or have collapsed and don't have strength to stand up, that's when they might, might, pay attention.
So, I'm on my own with managing and protecting myself.
