MrsD, you also recommended 50mg P5P (B6), but I worry about this. I know some get neuropathy from as low a dose as 25 and 50 for sure. My neurologist was concerned enough to test me for B6 - I'll find out in a week or two, but I know it didn't cause it, since I wasn't taking any when the symptoms began.

Anyway, if I do take it, should I do so also on an empty stomach, say first thing in the morning, along with the B12 and folate?

I'd also be curious what you think of the values of this one: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...&s=hpc&sr=1-11. I want a B complex to take at lunch time, but this has even more B6, B12 and folate, and I especially wouldn't want to take too much B6, and also folate (400 in this and then another 800 in the other one I linked to, the B12Folate). Perhaps I could just take this one and then the B12 separately, but perhaps this would get lost at lunch time.
