Just checking in. How are you doing? How was your holiday break? Did you get any news?

Your adrenal statement made me wonder, forgive me if you have mentioned this already, if you have tried any alternative therapies? I ask because although western medicine is good for many things, there are some things that respond well to other types of treatment. I have gone to an acupuncturist for a long time and addressing endocrine and adrenal issues is one of the things that we tend to work on. Perhaps the wellness center has someone who does this if you are interested and your parents don't think acupuncture is totally wacky.
