Default Lyrica withdrawal questions

Hi everyone. This is my first post. I just finished doing some lurking/searching regarding my current issue. I did find some general information but, would greatly appreciate any advice or feedback for my current issue.
I am a 31 year old male, I have CRPS in my right arm, which will also spread to my feet on occasion. I had been relatively "stable" in my condition for approximately 1 year on 300mg of Lyrica.
Approximately 3 months ago I began to experience just about every possible side effect on the side of the bottle. My doctor switched me to gabapentin, which unsurprisingly to us both, did not work. My doctor recommended I taper down over a few months but, I couldn't cope with the side effects, so I quit taking my meds cold turkey roughly 4 weeks ago.
Excluding the increase in pain, I am currently experiencing; occasional night sweats, insomnia, extreme mood swings, "not feeling like myself," difficulty concentrating, memory issues, eye/visual sensitivity, extreme fatigue, loss of appetite, excessive sleep (10 hours+) and wake up feeling hungover.

I know that 300mg is a relatively small dose but, I am skinny and I've always been very, very sensitive to medications. I am not currently taking any other medications, I'm very concerned by these symptoms, and their duration, which is approaching week 5. They have decreased in their frequency but, the variety and duration of them have not.
I understand that my brain chemistry is currently doing some serious reorganizing and that this will eventually go away. I guess, what I'm looking for is some light at the end of the tunnel. How long did it take for your symptoms to go away? Any advice on what can make it better? Things I should avoid, or pursue? It would be great to be able to feel like a normal, functioning human being again.
Thank you very much for your time and I greatly appreciate any advice or help you send my way.
