Hi, Jo,
I learned something when I read your post.  I never did the glazing thing before. Now I know.
The recipe was about how long to cook. I made up the glaze "recipe" because I had some honey in the house.
Earlier this evening I bought an oven thermometer to check if my oven temp is right. I once lived with an oven that was way off.
