Have you been in touch with your pdocs and other med support lately? And what is being done right now to help you get through this difficult time?

I'm so sorry you are missing your sister. It must be so difficult, especially with the holidays. I think depression is a natural reaction.

Don't feel badly about not being able to get things done right now. We all go through it when we are depressed. It causes a lot of barriers, including the feeling of being frozen to different degrees that you're talking about.
