If you check on sites like Fatsecret (this is the mobile site)

http://mobile.fatsecret.com

There is a fairly comprehensive nutritional breakdown of all foodstuffs, including individual fruits. This site is invaluable for one like me, Diabetic on a weight-loss diet.

Dave.

I am not a diabetic, but i do have pn. I have to keep the sugar down regardless. I do like fruits and i eat strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, & boysenberries. I just dont eat them every day. Maybe 2-3 times a week.
