Not everyone has torn or damaged ligaments..
Some might have strains or muscle injury..

Every injury is unique.. what works for some may not work for others..

My feeling is many service professions have "quacks" - like some mechanics, sales persons , even doctors (gasp) the list is too huge LOL

Buyer beware in all aspects is my motto.. seek out reputable providers.
