Default Cervical Stenosis help

Hello,

Approx 3-4 years ago I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis. In the past months have seemed to worsen and becoming less bearable. I'm trying to get in to see another, more qualified specialist.

Majority of my symptoms are as follows:
*pain at the base of my skull
*numbness in face
*numbness & tingling in right arm
*numbness & pain over/on scapula
*eletrical like shocks when moving head sometimes
*pain at base of skull sometimes so severe it physically hurts to walk
*pain/aching/numbness in legs at nighttime
*pain behind ear where jaw bones meet; almost feels like an ear infection but isn't one

I guess my question is how in the world can I help to relieve the pain. It's been a week straight of constant pain. It's been suggested by a very qualified PT who specializes in spinal injuries to not workout nor do any exercises till I see my dr as to not irritate the area any more. Advil or alieve don't help one bit. The pain I get when I walk? It honestly feels like my brain is shaking or vibrating with every step I take and it physically hurts! I just want to cry
