Is this also valid for diffuse damage like in case of a hit to the forehead or only valid for focal damage like penetration/bleeding etc.?

Lack of concentration, fatigue, lack of problem-solving skills. My father runs an outpatient clinic, so we only do small surgeries. Some people might think that I'm lamenting on a high level, but I had a certain personality before that incident and part of it were my intellectual abilities. There is nothing more fundamental in life than a change in personality.
