I would not get too focused on these terms. They seem to be more about dizziness complaints that cannot be explained than a true diagnosis of dizziness. One site even said "Triggers included a pre-existing vestibular disorder, medical illness or psychological stress."
Another term could be idiopathic dizziness. Simply put, dizziness that confuses the doctors as they cannot find a cause or even confirm exists.
