It does not sound like any of your symptoms put you at risk of hemorrhage. Many with PCS cannot exercise beyond a mild walk or bike ride. Your years of boxing has put your brain at risk.

If you lose motor control, get an intense headache, struggle to talk, get to an ER. But that would be rare. You are months past any risk period.

If you feel like this for such a prolonged time, your boxing days are over.

You are at the wrong place for support if you plan on returning to boxing. It is hard to understand a sport where the goal is to inflict brain damage on the opponent while putting oneself at risk of the same brain damage. Most of us just want to return to a livable life without any contact sports.
