I am going to answer in red to each item:

Doctor's Best benfotiamine 150 mg.
Two a day, in divided doses -- irregardless of food

Doctor's Best R-Lipoic Acid 100 mg. (this gives me heart burn even after eating)
One a day any time --irregardless of food. You don't need this at first, as you don't test positive for diabetes.

Mag64 Magnesium 64 mg.
Two a day-- one in am and one at night--- food not an issue

Spring Valley CoQ10 plus L-cartine 100 mg.

The CoQ10 most likely won't be absorbed...this is a weak product...
The Carnitine is very weak also... 500mg a day is
a typical beginning dose. The new improved versions of CoQ-10 are solubilized and better absorbed.Qunol is the name of one of them. Start with Qunol once a day since you were exposed to statins.

Superior Source B-12 Methylcobalamin 1000 mg.
Empty stomach always for this. Starting out 5000 would be better, but you can try 2000 of this if you want.

If fish oil or others should be added please let me know.
Fish oil is always good for healing -- 3 a day with food in divided doses.

Thank you in advance,

Cliffman
