My plane flight, which I had been anxious about went better than antitipated. Since initially concussed, I have had constant tiniitius. On the plane ride my ears felt like they were going to explode during altitude changes, very painful.

Also we encountered some moderare turbulence, and I felt like I was shaken quite a bit. The landing also felt extremely rough, though I know it wasn't. I'm worried that this flight has hurt my brain. The shaking felt like a bumpy car ride.

Just looking for someone to provide an opinion, and some info about the ear stuff.
