The shaking or landing of a flight does not cause enough force to cause an injury. It is less than 1 G. If it was more than 1 G, passengers would be bouncing off the ceiling. If turbulence shoot the plane violently for an extended period, say 5 to 10 minutes continuously without a break, it might cause a headache. Neck related likely.
