It is not a sensation of a heart pain. It is a tightening of the muscles around my chest, like around the outside of my ribs. I have zero signs of any heart problems. My cholesterol levels are great. My blood pressure is low.

I think the one thing that would make me want to get it checked out is the fact that the pain goes into your Jaw. Have you been to a cardiologist? Stress test and EKG are something that should be considered even with what you are experiencing. Especially a stress test based on when you said you were experiencing your symptoms during activity.
