Have you purchased your wrist splints yet? They can be really helpful. You can wear them at night to protect the carpal tunnel ligaments in your hands. I still use them today, since my pregnancy 30+ yrs ago.
But I cannot hold sewing needles yet, for more than 10 minutes...so the potential for me is still there.
I have mild hashimotos and a benign thyroid nodule (strawberry size). Have had it since my 20's. Endocrinologist says no to any SFN link. My thyroid numbers are in the normal range. Was kind of hoping they weren't just to have something to give a diagnosis. I also thought my inability to handle cold weather was part of it and the endo poopooed that notion as well.

There is a link between neuropathy and thyroid issues. Can google countless studies on it.
